Returns and Exchanges Policy

RETURNS POLICY

To comply with Distance Selling regulations returns will be accepted provided the item is returned within 14 days at the cost of the buyer, unworn and in the original packaging. Refund for the purchase price of the item will be given. After 14 days returns will be accepted provided the item is returned no later than 21 days, at the cost of the buyer, unworn and in the original packaging will be subject to a 20% handling charge.

EXCHANGES

We can exchange an item, just send the original back to us;

Enclose a note with your details and requirements on. Please email us before you send the item back to us, to check that the item you want to exchange for is in stock.

and we can advise of the handling/postage charge for sending out a replacement. (handling charge is between £2 - £5 for the UK and £3 - £10 Overseas, depending on the item that you require)
