A. Replacement items are sent out within 2-3 working days of receipt of the faulty/incorrect item. Please check the delivery information page for details of when you can expect your replacement item to arrive.

A. Yes, we ship worldwide.
A. It normally take us a few days to process and pack your order, and during busy times, it can take even more. After this, orders are shipped via Royal Mail and generally take 4-5 working days for UK orders, 7-10 working days for Europe and generally 7-21 working days for all other, worldwide orders.
Please allow for the combined processing and delivery time before contacting us regarding your order; rest assured, it's on it's way!
A. There is a flat rate delivery charge of £3 for UK and European orders and £5 for worldwide orders.
We currently offer free shipping for UK orders above £30 and you can claim this by entering the code 'FREESHIPUK' at the checkout.
We also offer free shipping for Worldwide order above £50 and you can claim this by entering the code 'FREESHIPWORLD' at the checkout.
A. Yes, we do send our orders tracked and we will send tracking number after dispatched.
A.Yes we do. For an extra £4.50 on top of our normal carriage, we will process your order on the day we receive it (for orders received before 1pm, subject to availability) and send it out by a next-day delivery courier service.

A. You will receive an email notification once the order has been sent out. If you selected express delivery, this email will include any details required for tracking your order. If you have not received this email, please log in to your account on our website to check the status of your order.
UK orders:
Standard orders in the UK are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class post, which does not allow tracking.
Express orders in the UK are sent by next day courier service and do allow tracking. You will receive an email notification once the order has been sent out, which will include any details required for tracking your order.
International orders:
We do not currently offer tracking for international orders.

We know that some countries have no postcode, however we cannot allow customers from a country with postcode (like UK) to order without it, to ensure the goods being correctly delivered. If your address has no postcode, simply fill the field with some characters ( e.g.: a dash [-], "0", "0000"). Don"t forget to double check your real address though (house number street name and city).
A. Yes. All orders placed online are done so using a secure server. Your details are never revealed to us and payment is authorised directly via the bank. Once your payment has been authorised, your products will be prepared for shipping.
A. We accept all major credit cards via Paypal. You can also use the Cheque/Postal Order option to printout your order and post it to us with your payment.
A. You will receive notifications by email at the following stages of your order:
when the order is received;
when the order has been paid for;
when it has been sent out.
You can also check the status of your order by logging in to your account. Here, you will be able to see details of all your previous orders and check the status of any orders that are still being processed.

Express orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day.
