Although we try to keep our postage prices to the lowest for our customers, please note that all prices stated are subject to unannounced changes at our complete discretion.

UK Standard: All standard orders ship by 2nd class post. So if you are in the UK you will usually get your item within 2 to 4 days of ordering. Overseas items are sent Royal Mail AIRMAIL and will take 5-15 days.

UK EXPRESS: This service ensures you will receive any order placed before1 PM the next working day.

Please Note: There is no Saturday delivery with this service. This means that an order placed after 1PM on a Thursday will be delivered on the next Monday. Any order placed after 1PM on Fridays and during the weekend will be dispatched on the next Monday.

If your order includes any out of stock items they will follow on at a later date via our standard courier. If all of your order is unavailable we will contact you for additional guidance. Also Some location in the UK may take longer than 24 hours to deliver. These locations include Scottish Highlands and Islands, part of Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Scilly.

We use Royal Mail, DPD, and DHL for our postal services, but please note that we can temporarily or permanently change it to another courier company at our discretion.

This is the customer's responsibility to provide us a correct address for delivery. It is also the customer's responsibility to clear any possible customs charges for any order outside the EU.

You must select the correct shipping/delivery country when prompted to in our checkout section. If you have entered an incorrect country by mistake and have received a cheaper shipping rate, we will need to get in contact to re-evaluate the shipping costs and total value of the order. This may cause delays in processing your order.

Be aware that delays can occur with your countries Customs and Excise and these delays are outside our control. We cannot be held responsible for postage delays or items lost or damaged once dispatched.
